AIA HYROX Youngstars is a fitness race for children and teenagers, at Singapore EXPO on Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 November 2026. Ages run from 8 to 15, in four bands: 8–9, 10–11, 12–13, and 14–15. A parent or guardian registers the child. No prior race is required.
Sign-up is $65 for ages 8 to 11 and $75 for ages 12 to 15. One guardian’s spectator ticket is included. Further spectators over 12 are $32. Under-12s are free and still need a ticket. The day’s timetable had not been published when this was reported.
The course is a shorter HYROX: run segments plus eight stations, with distances and weights scaled by age. The youngest group does frogger jumps and squats rather than the full adult movements.
